Site Work

Land clearing,
from raw to ready.

Overgrown lots, blackberry thickets, uneven grades — we clear it, grade it, and hand you back a site that's ready to build on, plant, or seed.

What We Do

How ZNS handles your land clearing & site prep

Snohomish County ground doesn't stay tame on its own — blackberries, alder saplings, and brush will take a neglected corner in a season or two. We cut it back to bare ground, grub out the roots so it doesn't come straight back, pull small stumps, and haul every scrap of debris off site.

Then comes the part that sets up everything after: grading. Whether it's rough grading for a shop pad or driveway, or finish grading with imported topsoil for a brand-new lawn, we shape the ground so water runs where it should and the surface is genuinely ready — not just cleared, but prepared.

The Work

What it looks like

How It Works

Our process, start to finish

01

Walk the land

We walk the site with you, flag what stays and what goes, and scope access for equipment.

02

Clear & grub

Brush, thickets, saplings and roots removed — cut to grade and grubbed so regrowth doesn't win.

03

Grade & amend

The ground shaped for drainage and use, with topsoil brought in where the plan calls for it.

04

Seed or hand off

Finished as a new lawn, planting-ready beds, or a clean pad ready for the next contractor.
